I’m the owner of Stonehaven Bookkeeping and a small business owner myself. While managing the books for my own business, Five Loaves, I saw how much clarity organized books can bring and discovered how much I enjoyed the work.

With college coursework in business and accounting, an Intuit Bookkeeping Certification, and a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, I bring both training and firsthand small-business experience to my work. My approach is simple and dependable: keep your books organized, your reports clear, and give you greater peace of mind in your numbers so you have more time to focus on running your business.

  • Yes. Stonehaven Bookkeeping provides remote services to small businesses across the United States.

  • We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you don’t have an account yet, we can discuss setup options during your discovery call.

  • Monthly services include transaction categorization, account reconciliation, and monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.

  • I do not provide payroll, bill pay, invoicing, sales tax filing, or income tax preparation. I’m happy to work alongside your CPA or tax professional.

  • Pricing is based on your transaction volume, number of accounts, and bookkeeping complexity. After your discovery call, you’ll receive a customized proposal with the recommended services and pricing.

  • Yes! You’ll securely provide receipts and supporting documentation for your business transactions. I’ll help keep everything organized and match to your bookkeeping records.
